• Screening - Pragam will screen the resumes based on the technical and soft skill requirements. This will be followed with technical interviews and written tests wherever applicable. Pragam will share the rank list based on the interview and test results.
• Pragam can also organize for the reference checks, medical tests, communication to candidates and first level salary negotiation on a case by case or based on partner requirements.

Recruitment - Partners could proceed with one more level of screening if required and go ahead with the recruitment process.
