Pragam brings in key expertise in the areas of embedded operating systems (VxWorks and Tornado-II, LynuxWorks, Windows CE, Symbian, MontaVista), embedded processors (OMAP, iMX, ARM, PowerPC, SuperH, ARC) device drivers, modeling, prototyping and NPI (New Product Introduction).
We help our partners to design modern devices based on microprocessors, systems-on-chip (SoC), FPGA, DSP and MCU. We work very closely with them from the product concept and product architecture stage. Based on our partner requirement we will enage in SW, HW, Quality , Resource augmentation or total solution services. We will adhere to our proprietary frame work and review process to minimize errors and reworks.
Pragam's team has around 20 years of average experience in the design and verification of ASICs / SoCs / FPGAs for Aerospace, Medical, Automotive, Consumer and Networking / Storage systems. Pragam has in-depth expertise when it comes to platforms based on ARM, PowerPC, ARC and SuperH and associated peripherals like AMBA™, AXI™, AHB™, CoreConnect™, SATA, PCI-X, PCIe, RapidIO™ and USB 3.0.

Our embedded systems services in software area comprises of the following.
BSP, Firmware, Diagnostics for the following HW and OS. HW platform - OMAP, ARM , SuperH, ARC, i.MX, PowerPC, INTEL and , 8/16-bit micro-controllers and DSP (fixed and floating point) architectures and RTOS /OS in Linux, Tornado, LynuxWorks, WinCE, Montavista, VxWorks, uCLinux, We are working on Android for ARM processors.
Device Drivers - for HMI ( LCD, Keyboard, PAD, mouse..) Storage ( Various FLASH, DDR, SDRAM , HDD, SATA..) Interconnection ( CAN, I2C, SPI USB,GPIO.., ) Interface ( PCIe, UART, HDLC, PCI, SATA..)
Verification and Validation - We offer verification and validation (V&V) services for embedded systems. These include Device Drivers and BSP testing, Embedded Applications testing, HW&SW co-verification, SIT and bring-up testing etc.. We do employ Manual, Automated , White Box and Black box testing methodologies.
We also help our partners in documentation, gap analysis and certification process.
